ผักปลาบ (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Commelina benghalensis; อังกฤษ: Benghal dayflower, tropical spiderwort หรือ wandering Jew) เป็นพืชชนิดหนึ่งในวงศ์ผักปลาบ เป็นไม้ล้มลุกอายุปีเดียว ลำต้นทอดเลื้อย มีขนนุ่ม ก้านใบแผ่เป็นกาบ ดอกออกเป็นช่อที่ปลายยอด สีฟ้าอ่อน ผลเป็นรูปรี เมล็ดใหญ่ ผิวขรุขระ ทั้งต้นเป็นยาเจริญอาหาร ยาระบาย
