พระราชกฤษฎีกามิลาน
พระราชกฤษฎีกามิลาน (อังกฤษ: Edict of Milan) เป็นจดหมายเวียนลงชื่อโดยจักรพรรดิคอนสแตนตินที่ 1 และจักรพรรดิลิกินิอุส ซึ่งประกาศให้เสรีภาพในการนับถือศาสนาต่อประชาชนในจักรวรรดิโรมัน จดหมายฉบับนี้ออกเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 313 หลังจากสมัยของการปราบปรามผู้นับถือศาสนาคริสต์โดยจักรพรรดิไดโอคลีเชียน

จดหมายที่ลงชื่อโดยจักรพรรดิสององค์เป็นจดหมายเวียนในกลุ่มเจ้าเมืองทางจักรวรรดิโรมันตะวันออก ซึ่งประกาศว่าจักรวรรดิจะเป็นทำตัวเป็นกลางในการนับถือศาสนาของประชาชน ซึ่งเป็นการยกเลิกอุปสรรคต่าง ๆ ในการนับถือคริสต์ศาสนาและศาสนาอื่น ๆ จดหมาย “ประกาศอย่างจะแจ้งว่าผู้ลงชื่อของกฎนี้ไม่มีความประสงค์จะลงโทษผู้นับถือลัทธินิยมที่ไม่ใช่คริสต์ศาสนา”
