รัฐธรรมนูญอินเดีย (IAST: ภารตียสังวิธาน) เป็นกฎหมายสูงสุดของอินเดีย ถือเป็นรัฐธรมนูญแห่งชาติที่เขียนมือที่ยาวที่สุดในโลก

รัฐธรรมนูญได้รับการรับรองโดยคณะร่างรัฐธรรมนูญเมื่อ 26 พฤศจิกายน 1949 และมีผลใช้ในวันที่ 26 มกราคม 1950 รัฐธรรมนูญนี้มาแทนรัฐบัญญัติรัฐบาลอินเดีย ปี 1935 เพื่อเป็นเอกสารพื้นฐานสำหรับแนวทางการดำเนินงานของรัฐบาลอินเดีย และเปลี่ยนผ่านให้เขตปกครองอินเดียของอังกฤษ เป็น สาธารณรัฐอินเดีย อินเดียเฉลิมฉลองรัฐธรรมนูญทุกวันที่ 26 มกราคม เนื่องในวันสาธารณรัฐ

รัฐธรรมนูญอินเดียประกาศให้อินเดียเป็นรัฐเอกราช, สังคมนิยม, รัฐฆราวาส และเป็นสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตย และยืนยันให้พลเมืองของอินเดียว่าจะได้รับความยุติธรรม, ความเท่าเทียม และ เสรีภาพ และสนับสนุนภราดรภาพ รัฐธรรมนูญดั้งเดิมจากปี 1950 ในปัจจุบันเก็บรักษาในกล่องบรรจุฮีเลียมภายในรัฐสภา ที่นิวเดลี ทั้งคำว่า "รัฐฆราวาส" และ "สังคมนิยม" เติมเข้ามาในรัฐธรรมนูญในภายหลัง ในการแปรญัติครั้งที่ 42 ในปี 1976 ท่ามกลางวิกฤตดิอีเมอร์เยนซี

รัฐธรรมนูญแรกร่างโดยคณะร่างรัฐธรรมนูญซึ่งเป็นผู้ได้รับเลือกตั้งมรจากสมาชิกของสภาจังหวัด คณะร่างรัฐธรรมนูญจำนวน 389 คน (ต่อมา เหลือ 299 คนจากการแบ่งอินเดีย) ใช้เวลาเกือบสามปี และการประชุม 11 ครั้ง ระยะเวลา 165 วันในการร่าง
