วอร์ธันเดอร์

วอร์ธันเดอร์ (อังกฤษ: War Thunder) เป็นวิดีโอเกมต่อสู้กันโดยพาหนะที่เล่นได้ฟรี พัฒนาและเผยแพร่โดย Gaijin Entertainment ประกาศในปี พ.ศ. 2554 เปิดตัวครั้งแรกในเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2555 โดยเปิดเป็นเวอร์ชั่นเบต้าพร้อมวางจำหน่ายทั่วโลกในเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2556 เปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2559 มีรูปแบบการข้ามแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับ ไมโครซอฟท์ วินโดวส์, แมคโอเอส, ลินุกซ์, เพลย์สเตชัน 4, เอกซ์บอกซ์วัน, เพลย์สเตชัน 5, เอกซ์บอกซ์ซีรีส์เอกซ์, เอกซ์บอกซ์ซีรีส์เอส และ Shield Android TV

ได้รับการพัฒนาให้เป็น "เกมจำลองการบิน" เดิมชื่อว่า "World of Planes" (เวิลด์ออฟวอร์แพลนส์) แต่เนื่องจากชื่อมีความคล้ายกับเวิลด์ออฟวอร์แพลนส์ ของวอร์เกมมิ่ง ต่อมาจึงได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น "วอร์ธันเดอร์" ในปี พ.ศ. 2555

วอร์ธันเดอร์ ได้รับรางวัลหลายรางวัลหลังจากการเปิดตัวของตัวเกม ชนะเกมจำลองสถานการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดในงาน Gamescom 2013 Awards รวมทั้งได้รับรางวัล Best Game, Best Developer, Best Technology และ Best Sound ในงาน KRI 2013 Awards ในปี พ.ศ. 2562 วอร์ธันเดอร์ เป็นหนึ่งในเกมที่มีผู้เล่นมากที่สุดบนสตีม โดยมีผู้เล่นพร้อมกันมากกว่า 25,000 คน ในปี พ.ศ. 2565 จำนวนผู้เล่นของวอร์ธันเดอร์ พร้อมกันบนสตีม มีเพียง 50,000 คนโดยเฉลี่ยและสูงสุดที่ 76,204 คน ในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม ปัจจุบันเกมวอร์ธันเดอร์ มีผู้ลงทะเบียนมากกว่า 50 ล้านคน
