สิทธิในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี (อังกฤษ: Right to a healthy environment) หรือสิทธิในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีและยั่งยืนเป็นสิทธิมนุษยชนที่องค์กรด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนและสิ่งแวดล้อมสนับสนุนเพื่อปกป้องระบบนิเวศที่ดีต่อสุขภาพของมนุษย์ สิทธินี้เชื่อมโยงกับสิทธิมนุษยชนด้านสุขภาพด้านอื่น ๆ เช่นสิทธิมนุษยชนในน้ำและการสุขาภิบาล (human right to water and sanitation), สิทธิในอาหาร (right to food) และสิทธิในสุขภาพ (right to health) สิทธิในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีเป็นแนวทางการปกป้องคุณภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยใช้แนวคิดเรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชน ซึ่งต่างจากทฤษฎีทางกฎหมายที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับสิทธิของธรรมชาติ (rights of nature) ซึ่งพยายามขยายแนวคิดเรื่องสิทธิจากสิทธิของมนุษย์หรือนิติบุคคลไปสู่สิทธิของธรรมชาติ

ผู้รายงานพิเศษแห่งสหประชาชาติ (United Nations special rapporteur) ว่าด้วยสิทธิมนุษยชนและสิ่งแวดล้อม จอห์น เอช. น็อกซ์ (John H. Knox) (ค.ศ. 2012–2018) และ เดวิด อาร์. บอยด์ (David R.
