องค์ประกอบของยา (อังกฤษ: drug composition) หมายถึงส่วนประกอบทางเคมีในตำรับยา หรือรูปแบบยา (dosage forms)ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นประเภทต่าง ๆ ดังนี้
- รูปแบบยาที่เป็นของแข็ง (Solid Dosage Forms) ได้แก่ ยาเม็ด (Tablets) ยาแคปซูล (Capsules) ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบของยาดังนี้
- ตัวยาสำคัญ (Active Ingredients) เช่น แอสไพริน (Aspirin)

- รูปแบบยาที่เป็นของเหลว (Liquid Dosage Forms) ได้แก่ ยาน้ำ (Solutions) ยาฉีด (Parenterals) ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบของยาดังนี้
- ตัวยาสำคัญ (Active Ingredients) เช่น ยาพาราเซตามอล (Paracetamol) ฯลฯ
- ส่วนประกอบทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวทำละลาย (Sovents) หรือทำให้เจือจาง (Diluents) หรือตัวนำส่งยา (Vehicles)
- ส่วนประกอบทำหน้าที่เป็นสารแต่งสี แต่งกลิ่นและแต่งรส
- ขวดแก้วหรือพลาสติกผนึก (Ampules) สำหรับยาฉีด
