เกรตเทสต์ฮิตส์ (อังกฤษ: Greatest Hits) (ซึ่งบางครั้งหมายถึงอัลบั้มเพลงฮิตของเคนนีโรเจอส์) เป็นอัลบั้มรวมเพลงของ เคนนี โรเจอส์ ศิลปินเพลงคันทรีชาวอเมริกัน วางจำหน่ายครั้งแรกในช่วงเดือนกันยายนปีค.ศ. 1980 และอีกครั้งโดย Liberty Records อัลบั้มนี้ถือเป็นอัลบั้มแรกของโรเจอส์ที่วางจำหน่ายหลังจาก United Artists Group รวมกับ Liberty Records
อัลบั้มนี้สามารถขึ้นอันดับ 1 ได้ในทั้งชาร์ตเพลงป๊อปและคันทรีในอเมริกา มีทั้งหมด 3 ซิงเกิ้ล ที่ไม่ได้ถูกรวมอยู่ในอัลบั้มใดของโรเจอส์มาก่อน เพลงแรก Lady (แต่งและโปรดิวซ์โดย Lionel Richie โปรดิวส์เซอร์คู่ใจของโรเจอส์)ซึ่งขึ้นถึงอันดับ 1 ในปีนั้น เพลงที่ 2 Love the World Away (ติดท๊อป 5 เพลงคันทรีและ 20 ในเพลงชาร์ตเพลงป๊อปซึ่งยังเป็นเพลงประกอบหนังดังอย่าง Urban Cowboy อีกด้วย) เพลงสุดท้ายคือ "Long Arm of the Law" (แม้ไม่ค่อยเป็นที่รู้จัก แต่ก็ยังเป็นที่นิยมในหมู่แฟนๆของโรเจอส์)
อัลบั้มนี้ประกอบไปด้วยเพลงฮิตทั้ง 9 เพลงจากโรเจอส์ เป็นเหตุให้เพลงอื่น (ที่ไม่ค่อยดังอย่าง Daytime Friends,Sweet Music Man,Love or Something Like It ไม่ถูกบรรจุอยู่ในอัลบั้ม) แต่นั่นก็ไม่สามารถฉุดความดังพลุแตกของอัลบั้มนี้ได้ ความโด่งดังของอัลบั้มนี้ยิ่งตอกย้ำความโด่งดังของโรเจอส์ในฐานะนักร้องระดับโลก อัลบั้มนี้มียอดขายทั่วโลกมากกว่า 24 ล้านชุด ถือเป็นอัลบั้มรวมเพลงที่ขายดีที่สุดตลอดกาลของวงการเพลงคันทรี ก่อนที่จะถูกอัลบั้ม The Hits ของ Garth Brooks ทำลายสถิติลงในปี 1994
ในสหราชอาณาจักรนั้น อัลบั้มนี้วางขายด้วยหน้าปกเดียวกันเพียงแต่เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น Lady แทน และมีการเปลี่ยนเพลงในอัลบั้ม ซึ่งเพลง Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town และ Reuben James ถูกแทนที่ด้วย Goodbye Marie และ Sail Away แทน
