เนื้องอกชนิดเซลล์กลมสีน้ำเงินขนาดเล็ก (อังกฤษ: small-round-blue-cell tumor (SRBCT), small-blue-round-cell tumor (SBRCT), small-round-cell tumor (SRCT)) เป็นคำที่ใช้เรียกมะเร็งชนิดใดๆ ที่ผลการตรวจชิ้นเนื้อด้วยกล้องจุลทรรศน์เห็นเป็นเซลล์กลมขนาดเล็ก ติดสีน้ำเงินด้วยการย้อมแบบ H&E

เนื้องอกเหล่านี้มักพบในเด็กมากว่าในผู้ใหญ่ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเซลล์ที่ไม่มีการจำแนกประเภท (undifferentiate) การที่ย้อมติดสีน้ำเงินเนื่องจากเซลล์แต่ละเซลล์มีสัดส่วนของนิวเคลียสมาก จึงมีซัยโตพลาสซึมน้อย
