เปปไทด์ (อังกฤษ: peptide มาจากภาษากรีก πεπτίδια) คือสายพอลิเมอร์ของกรดอะมิโนที่มาเชื่อมต่อกันด้วยพันธะเปปไทด์ ปลายด้านที่มีหมู่อะมิโนเป็นอิสระเรียกว่าปลายเอ็น (N-terminal) ส่วนปลายที่มีหมู่คาร์บอกซิลเป็นอิสระเรียกว่าปลายซี (C-terminal) การเรียกชื่อเปปไทด์จะเรียกตามลำดับกรดอะมิโนจากปลายเอ็นไปหาปลายซี เปปไทด์ขนาดเล็กหลายชนิดมีความสำคัญในสิ่งมีชีวิต เช่น
