แคนซัสซิตี (อังกฤษ: Kansas City) เป็นเมืองที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของรัฐมิสซูรี ในเคลย์เคาน์ตี แพลตต์เคาน์ตีและแจ็กสันเคาน์ตี ของสหรัฐอเมริกา ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 318 ตร.ไมล์ (820 ตร.กม.) จากข้อมูลปี ค.ศ. 2010 มีประชากร 459,787 คน และในเขตมหานครมีประชากร 2.1 ล้านคน มีการตั้งถิ่นฐานอย่างถาวรตั้งแต่ ค.ศ. 1821 ต่อมาเจริญเติบโตจนกลายเป็นนิคมแห่งเวสต์พอร์ต ซึ่งจัดตั้งขึ้นใน ค.ศ. 1833 และกลายเป็นเมืองชื่อ ทาวน์ออฟแคนซัส ใน ค.ศ. 1838 เปลี่ยนชื่อเมืองเป็น ซิตีออฟแคนซัส และเปลี่ยนเป็นชื่อปัจจุบันในปี ค.ศ. 1889
