แมนนาทีอินเดียตะวันตก (อังกฤษ: West Indian Manatee) เป็นแมนนาทีชนิดหนึ่ง มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในอันดับพะยูน แมนนาทีอินเดียตะวันตกจัดเป็นสปีชีส์ที่แยกจากแมนนาทีแอมะซอนและแมนนาทีแอฟริกาบนพื้นฐานจากการศึกษาพันธุกรรมและสัณฐานวิทยา มีสองชนิดย่อยคือ แมนนาทีฟลอริดา (T. m. latirostris) และแมนนาทีแคริบเบียน (T. m. manatus) อย่างไรก็ตาม การวิจัยล่าสุดทางพันธุกรรม (mtDNA) ชี้ให้เห็นว่าแมนนาทีอินเดียตะวันตกแบ่งได้เป็นสามกลุ่มซึ่งมากหรือน้อยตามการกระจายพันทางภูมิศาสตร์ คือ (1) รัฐฟลอริดาและเกรตเตอร์แอนทิลลิส (2) ภาคกลางและภาคเหนือของอเมริกาใต้ (3) อเมริกาใต้ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
