ไก่จุก (อังกฤษ : Crested wood partridge, Crested partridge, Roul-roul, Red-crowned wood partridge, Green wood partridge ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Rollulus rouloul ) เป็นนกในวงศ์ Phasianidae และเป็นชนิด เดียวในสกุล Rollulus
ลักษณะ ไก่จุกมีลำตัวกลม หางสั้น ยาว 25 เซนติเมตร เพศผู้ใหญ่กว่าเพศเมียเล็กน้อย ทั้งสองเพศมีหนังสีเลือดหมูรอบดวงตา ขาแดงไม่มีเดือย
เพศผู้มีสีเขียวเหลือบด้านบน ด้านล่างเป็นสีน้ำเงินเข้ม มีแผงปีกสีน้ำตาลอ่อน หัวมีแผงหงอนยาวสีแดง กระหม่อมด้านหน้ามีสีขาวและมีขนพู่สีดำยาว เพศเมียมีขนสีเขียวถั่ว ปีกสีน้ำตาล หัวสีเทาดำและมีขนพู่สีดำยาว ปากสีดำ
พฤติกรรม ไก่จุกมักหากินตัวเดียวหรือเป็นคู่บนพื้นดิน กินผลไม้ เมล็ดพืช และสัตว์ไม่มีกระดูกสันหลัง เป็นอาหาร หากตกใจจะวิ่งหนีหรือโผบินในระยะใกล้ๆได้ ไก่จุกจะทำรังบนพื้นซ่อนตัวอยู่ภายใต้กองเศษซากใบไม้ ออกไข่ห้าหรือหกใบ มีสีขาว ฟักใน 18 วัน ไก่จุกจะต่างจากไก่ ทั่วไป โดยพ่อแม่จะป้อนอาหารให้ลูกจากปากสู่ปากแทนที่จะจิกกินบนพื้นแบบไก่อื่น และไก่จุกจะนอนในรังเมื่อยังเล็ก
