กระบวนการทริปเปิล-อัลฟา (อังกฤษ : Triple alpha process ) คือกลุ่มของปฏิกิริยานิวเคลียร์ฟิวชั่น ซึ่งนิวเคลียสของฮีเลียม-4 สามตัว (อนุภาคอัลฟา ) จะแปลงไปเป็นคาร์บอน
