ส่วนแผ่ประสาทหู (อังกฤษ: acoustic radiations, auditory radiations, thalamotemporal projections) เป็นโครงสร้างสมองภายในวิถีประสาท ventral cochlear pathway ซึ่งเป็นส่วนของระบบการได้ยิน ส่วนแผ่ประสาทหูเริ่มที่นิวเคลียสประสาท medial geniculate nucleus และดำเนินไปยุติที่เปลือกสมองส่วนการได้ยินปฐมภูมิ (primary auditory cortex) คือ transverse temporal gyri รอยโรคที่ส่วนแผ่ประสาทหูอาจเป็นเหตุของหูหนวกเหตุสมอง (cortical deafness)
