หลอดลมอักเสบ (อังกฤษ: Bronchitis) เป็นการอักเสบที่หลอดลมของปอด ผู้ป่วยจะมีอาการน้ำมูกไหล, จาม, หายใจลำบาก และเจ็บทรวงอก หลอดลมอักเสบสามารถจำแนกออกเป็นสองประเภทคือ: แบบเฉียบพลัน และ แบบเรื้อรัง

หลอดลมอักเสบแบบเฉียบพลันมักมีอาการไอเป็นระยะเวลาราวสามสัปดาห์ ซึ่งในผู้ป่วย 90% มักจะมีอาการอักเสบจากเชื้อไวรัสตามมา และไวรัสเหล่านี้สามารถแพร่กระจายผ่านอากาศเมื่อผู้ป่วยไอหรือจาม ซึ่งอาจทำให้ผู้คนรอบข้างติดเชื้อไปด้วย อีกปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่ทำให้หลอดลมอักเสบแบบเฉียบพลันก็คือการสูบยา, ฝุ่น และ มลพิษทางอากาศ ทั้งนี้พบว่ามีผู้ป่วยบางส่วนซึ่งเป็นส่วนน้อย ได้รับแบคทีเรียจากการสูดมลพิษทางอากาศเข้าไปในปริมาณมาก วิธีรักษาหลอดลมอักเสบแบบเฉียบพลันได้แก่การพักผ่อน, รับประทานพาราเซตามอล และ ยาแก้อักเสบชนิดไม่ใช่สเตอรอยด์ จะช่วยบรรเทาลงได้

หลอดลมอักเสบแบบเรื้อรังมักจะปรากฏอาการไอมีเสมหะเป็นระยะเวลาตั้งแต่สามสัปดาห์จนถึงกว่าหนึ่งปี หรืออย่างน้อยสองปี และผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่มักจะเป็นโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง (COPD) ร่วมด้วย การสูบยาเป็นสาเหตุที่พบมากที่สุดของกรณีนี้ ในขณะที่มลพิษทางอากาศและพันธุกรรมเป็นสาเหตุส่วนน้อย วิธีรักษาคือการเลิกยาสูบ, การใช้วัคซีน, และทำการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพปอด นอกจากนี้ยังต้องทานยาขยายหลอดลมและคอร์ติโคสตีรอยด์เป็นประจำ ในผู้ป่วยบางคนอาจทำการบำบัดด้วยออกซิเจนระยะยาวร่วมด้วย

หลอดลมอักเสบเป็นหนึ่งในโรคสามัญที่พบได้เป็นส่วนมาก ในหนึ่งปีจะมีผู้ใหญ่ราว 5% และเด็กราว 6% ที่เป็นโรคนี้ ในปี 2010 มีรายงานจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อทั่วโลกราว 329 ล้านคน หรือคิดเป็น 5% ของประชากรโลก และในแต่ละปีจะมีผู้เสียชีวิตจากโรคนี้ราว 2.7-2.9 ล้านคน
