เนื้อเยื่อประสาท (อังกฤษ: Nervous tissue) เป็นหนึ่งในเนื้อเยื่อของสัตว์มีกระดูกสันหลัง เนื้อเยื่อประสาททำหน้าที่ในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างส่วนต่างๆ ของร่างกาย เนื้อเยื่อนี้ประกอบด้วยเซลล์ประสาทหรือนิวรอน (neuron) ทำหน้าที่ส่งกระแสประสาท (impulse) และเซลล์เกลีย (glia หรือ neuroglia) ทำหน้าที่ช่วยในการส่งสัญญาณประสาทและให้สารอาหารต่างๆ แก่เซลล์ประสาท เนื้อเยื่อประสาทในสิ่งมีชีวิตรวมตัวกันเป็นระบบประสาท
