วงศ์เหยี่ยวและอินทรี (วงศ์ : Accipitridae) เป็นหนึ่งในสองวงศ์หลักของอันดับ Accipitriformes (นกล่าเหยื่อในเวลากลางวัน) นกในวงศ์มีขนาดเล็กถึงใหญ่ มีปากเป็นตะขอแข็งแรง มีสัณฐานต่างกันไปตามอาหารการกิน เหยื่อเป็นตั้งแต่แมลงถึงสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมขนาดกลาง บางชนิดกินซากสัตว์ และสองสามชนิดกินผลไม้เป็นอาหาร วงศ์เหยี่ยวและอินทรีสามารถพบได้ทั่วโลก ยกเว้นทวีปแอนตาร์กติกา บางชนิดพบได้บนหมู่เกาะ และบางชนิดเป็นนกอพยพ
