สกุลแมว หรือ สกุลแมวเล็ก (อังกฤษ : Small cat ) เป็นสกุล ของสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม อันดับสัตว์กินเนื้อ ขนาดเล็กสกุลหนึ่ง จัดเป็นเสือขนาดเล็ก ในวงศ์เสือและแมว (Felidae) ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Felis
โดยที่คำว่า Felis นั้น มาจากภาษาละติน ที่แปลตรงตัวว่า แมว และถือเป็นสกุลดั้งเดิมของหลายชนิดในวงศ์นี้ ก่อนที่จะแตกออกไปเป็นสกุลอื่น ๆ ตามเวลาที่มีการศึกษาเพิ่มเติม
โดยสมาชิกที่มีขนาดเล็กที่สุดในสกุลนี้ ก็คือ แมวตีนดำ ที่พบในทวีปแอฟริกา ที่มีความยาวเต็มที่ 36.9 เซนติเมตร (14.5 นิ้ว) และความยาวหาง 12.6-17 เซนติเมตร ซึ่งถือเป็นชนิดที่เล็กที่สุดในวงศ์นี้ด้วย ขณะที่ใหญ่ที่สุด คือ แมวป่า มีความยาวลำตัวและส่วนหัว 50-56 เซนติเมตร ขณะที่ความยาวหาง 26-31 เซนติเมตร
สมาชิกในสกุลนี้ยังรวมถึงแมวบ้าน ที่นิยมเลี้ยงกันเป็นสัตว์เลี้ยง ด้วย จากการศึกษาทางพันธุกรรม พบว่า สกุลนี้มีปรากฏครั้งแรกเมื่อราว 8-10 ล้านปีมาแล้ว ทางแถบเมดิเตอร์เรเนียน
