วงศ์เขียดงู (อังกฤษ: Asiatic tailed caecilian, Fish caecilian; วงศ์: Ichthyophiidae) เป็นวงศ์ของสัตว์สะเทินน้ำสะเทินบกในอันดับ Gymnophiona ใช้ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Ichthyophiidae

มีลักษณะโดยรวม คือ มีกระดูกกะโหลกเชื่อมรวมกันมากขึ้นและไม่มีปล้องลำตัวจำนวนมากและเป็นลักษณะเด่น ประกอบด้วยปล้องลำตัวปฐมภูมิ ปล้องลำตัวทุติยภูมิ และปล้องลำตัวตติยภูมิ มีเกล็ดอยู่ในร่องปล้องลำตัวส่วนมาก ตาอยู่ในร่องของกระดูกใต้ผิวหนังแต่มองเห็นได้ชัดเจน ปากอยู่ที่ปลายสุดของหัวหรือต่ำลงมาเล็กน้อย ช่องเปิดของหนวดอยู่ระหว่างตากับช่องเปิดจมูกแต่อยู่ใกล้กับตามากกว่า ส่วนหางมีลักษณะคล้ายกับเขียดงูในวงศ์ Rhinatrematidae ที่พบในอเมริกาใต้

มีความยาวเฉลี่ยประมาณ 20-30 เซนติเมตร แต่บางชนิด เช่น Caudacaecilia nigroflava และIchthyophis glutinosus มีความยาวลำตัวประมาณ 40-50 เซนติเมตร อาศัยอยู่ในโพรงดิน ตัวเมียวางไข่ในโพรงดินใกล้กับแหล่งน้ำและเฝ้าดูแลไข่จนกระทั่งตัวอ่อนออกจากไข่ ตัวอ่อนเมื่อออกจากไข่แล้วจะลงสู่แหล่งน้ำและอาศัยอยู่ในน้ำในช่วงต้นของวงจรชีวิต

แบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 สกุล พบราว 37 ชนิด พบกระจายพันธุ์ในทวีปเอเชีย เช่น อินเดีย, ศรีลังกา, เอเชียอาคเนย์, ฟิลิปปิน, มาเลเซีย, บอร์เนียว, สุมาตรา เป็นต้น ในประเทศไทยล้วนแต่พบเฉพาะในวงศ์นี้ราว 7 ชนิด เช่น เขียดงูดำ (Caudacaecilia larutensis), เขียดงูเกาะเต่า (Ichthyophis kohtaoensis), เขียดงูดอยสุเทพ (I. youngorum) เป็นต้น
