ภาวะตัวเหลืองในทารกแรกเกิด

ภาวะตัวเหลืองในทารกแรกเกิด (อังกฤษ: neonatal jaundice) หรือภาวะบิลิรูบินในเลือดสูงในทารกแรกเกิด (อังกฤษ: neonatal hyperbilirubinemia) คือภาวะที่ผิวหนังและเนื้อเยื่ออื่นๆ (เช่น ตาขาว) ของทารกแรกเกิด มีสีเหลือง จากการที่ร่างกายมีสารบิลิรูบินมากกว่าปกติ อาการอื่นที่อาจพบได้ เช่น นอนหลับมากกว่าปกติ กินนมน้อยกว่าปกติ หากไม่ได้รับการรักษาอาจเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน เช่น อาการชัก พิการจากสมอง หรือภาวะสมองเป็นพิษจากบิลิรูบิน (kernicterus)
