ไทต์จังก์ชัน (อังกฤษ : Tight junctions ) หรือชื่ออื่น ๆ จังก์ชันอุดตัน (อังกฤษ : occluding junctions ), โซนูเล ออคคลูเดนเตส (zonulae occludentes; เอกพจน์: โซนูลา ออคคลูเดนส์ ; zonula occludens) เป็นเซลล์จังก์ชัน หลากโปรตีนที่ซึ่งการทำงานทั่วไปคือมีหน้าที่ในการป้องกันการรั่วไหล (leakage) ของตัวถูกละลายและน้ำที่กำลังถูกขนส่ง และปิดเส้นทางของเซลล์เคียงกัน (paracellular pathway) ไทต์จังก์ชันอาจเป็นเส้นทางรั่วซึม (leaky pathways) ผ่านการสร้างช่องเลือกผ่าน (selective channels) สำหรับให้แคทไอออน (cations), แอนไอออน (anions) ที่มีขนาดเล็ก และน้ำผ่านได้ ไทต์จังก์ชันสามารถพบได้ในสัตว์มีกระดูกสันหลัง (ยกเว้นเพียงพวกทูนิเคต)
