ซอสออล็องแดซ (ฝรั่งเศส : sauce hollandaise ) หรือเดิมเรียก ซอสดัตช์ (อังกฤษ : Dutch sauce ) เป็นอิมัลชัน ของไข่แดง เนย น้ำมะนาว (บางครั้งใช้ไวน์ขาวหรือน้ำส้มสายชู ) ปรุงรสด้วยเกลือ พริกไทยขาว และพริกชี้ฟ้า ซอสออล็องแดซเตรียมได้จากการผสมไข่แดงที่ตีแล้วกับเนย น้ำมะนาว เกลือ และน้ำเปล่า ก่อนจะให้ความร้อนพอเหมาะเพื่อไม่ให้ซอสข้นจนเกินไป
