รอยประสาน (อังกฤษ: suture ซูเจอร์) เป็นข้อต่อชนิดหนึ่ง จัดเป็นชนิดย่อยของข้อต่อชนิดเนื้อเส้นใยคั่น (fibrous joint หรือ synarthrosis) ซึ่งพบอยู่ในกะโหลกศีรษะ (หรือกระดูกหุ้มสมอง) โดยที่กระดูกทั้งสองชิ้นจะยึดกันด้วยเส้นใยที่เรียกว่า Sharpey's fibres ข้อต่อชนิดนี้สามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้เล็กน้อย ทำให้กะโหลกศีรษะมีความยืดหยุ่นเล็กน้อย

เมื่อแรกเกิด กระดูกกะโหลกศีรษะหลายชิ้นอาจยังไม่เชื่อมเป็นแผ่นกระดูกที่ชิดติดกัน บริเวณที่อยู่ระหว่างชิ้นกระดูกนั้นจะเป็นแผ่นเนื้อเยื่อคลุมที่เรียกว่า กระหม่อม (fontanelle) บริเวณบนกะโหลกศีรษะสามารถมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตลอดช่วงวัยผู้ใหญ่ (แม้จะไม่รวดเร็วนัก) ซึ่งมีประโยชน์ในการให้ข้อมูลทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์และโบราณคดี
