ตับโต

ตับโต (อังกฤษ: hepatomegaly) เป็นความผิดปกติของร่างกายอย่างหนึ่งที่ตับมีขนาดโตกว่าปกติ เป็นอาการแสดงที่มีสาเหตุได้หลายอย่าง เช่น โรคติดเชื้อ เนื้องอกของตับ หรือโรคเมตาบอลิกต่างๆ เป็นต้น บางครั้งผู้ป่วยอาจมาพบแพทย์ด้วยปัญหาว่าพบก้อนในท้อง อาจพบดีซ่านร่วมด้วยในบางสาเหตุ
