ทางหลวงสหรัฐหมายเลข 90 (อังกฤษ: U.S. Route 90) เป็นทางหลวงสหรัฐแนวตะวันออก–ตะวันตก แม้ว่าหมายเลขจะลงท้ายด้วย "0" แต่ทางหลวงสหรัฐหมายเลข 90 ก็ไม่ได้เป็นเส้นทางจากชายฝั่งสู่ชายฝั่ง ทางหลวงสายนี้มีปลายทิศตะวันออกในแจ็กสันวิลล์บีช รัฐฟลอริดา ที่ทางแยกกับทางหลวงรัฐฟลอริดาเอ 1 เอ ส่วนปลายทิศตะวันตกอยู่ในแวนฮอร์น รัฐเท็กซัส ที่ทางแยกบนอินเตอร์สเตต 10 สายบิซิเนส (Interstate 10 Business) ซึ่งขนานอยู่ทางเหนือของอินเตอร์สเตต 10 สายหลัก และเยื้องกับทางแยกกับทางหลวงรัฐหมายเลข 54
