บันไดเสียงเมเจอร์ (อังกฤษ : major scale ) หรือ บันไดเสียงไอโอเนียน (อังกฤษ : Ionian scale ) เป็นบันไดเสียง หนึ่งที่ใช้กันมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะดนตรีตะวันตก เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบันไดเสียงไดอาโทนิก สร้างขึ้นจากโน้ต 7 ตัว เหมือนกับบันไดเสียงดนตรีส่วนใหญ่ โน้ตตัวที่แปดเป็นโน้ตตัวที่ซ้ำกับตัวที่หนึ่ง แต่มีความถี่ เป็นสองเท่า หรือเรียกว่าออกเทฟ ที่สูงกว่าของโน้ตเดียวกัน (มาจากภาษาละติน "octavus" แปลว่า ลำดับที่แปด)
