ปลาบู่น้ำตกเชียงใหม่ (อังกฤษ: Chiangmai stream goby; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Rhinogobius chiengmaiensis; คำอ่าน /ไร-โน-โก-บิ-อัส-เชียง-ใหม่-เอ็น-ซิส/) ปลาน้ำจืดขนาดเล็กชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาบู่ (Gobiidae)
ลำตัวทรงกระบอก แก้มมีจุดประคล้ายพริกไทยป่นสีคล้ำ ลำตัวสีน้ำตาลแดงและมีลายประสีคล้ำ ครีบหลังอันแรกมีลายแต้มสีดำบนลายสีอิฐ ครีบอื่นใส มีประสีอิฐหรือคล้ำ ครีบก้นสีเหลืองและขอบสีดำ อาศัยอยู่ในลำธารที่ตื้นและน้ำเชี่ยวปานกลาง มีกรวดหินและพื้นทราย อาหารได้แก่ แมลงน้ำขนาดเล็กและลูกปลาขนาดเล็ก
มีความยาวประมาณ 4-5 เซนติเมตร จัดเป็นปลาเฉพาะถิ่นที่พบได้เฉพาะในลำธารน้ำไหลเชี่ยวบริเวณที่เป็นน้ำตกหรือป่าดิบในพื้นที่ของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
มีพฤติกรรมวางไข่ติดไว้กับผนังของก้อนหินในลำธารที่อยู่อาศัย ปลาตัวผู้จะทำหน้าที่คอยปกป้องดูแลไข่
