ปลาวีคส์ไบเคอร์ หรือ ปลาวีคส์บิเชียร์ (อังกฤษ: Mottled bichir, Weeks' bichir, Fat-headed bichir) เป็นปลาไบเคอร์ชนิด Polypterus weeksii
มีลักษณะคล้ายกับปลาไบเคอร์ไทเกอร์ (P. endlicherii endlicherii) และปลาไบเคอร์ยักษ์ (P. e. congicus) แต่ทว่ามีขากรรไกรบนที่ยื่นยาวกว่าขากรรไกรล่าง และมีลวดลายที่ต่างกัน มีครีบหลัง 9-11 ครีบ หัวมีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในบรรดาปลาไบเคอร์ทั้งหมด
มีขนาดยาวเต็มที่ประมาณ 54 เซนติเมตร กระจายพันธุ์อยู่ในลุ่มแม่น้ำคองโก ในตอนกลางของทวีปแอฟริกา
นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม
