ปุ่มกกหู (อังกฤษ: mastoid process) เป็นส่วนยื่นรูปกรวยซึ่งยื่นออกมาจากพื้นผิวด้านล่างของส่วนกกหูของกระดูกขมับ (mastoid portion of the temporal bone) ตั้งอยู่ทางด้านหลังของปากรูหู (external acoustic meatus) และทางด้านข้างของสไตลอยด์ โพรเซสของกระดูกขมับ (styloid process) ขนาดและรูปร่างของปุ่มกกหูมีความแปรผัน ซึ่งในผู้ชายมักจะมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าผู้หญิง
