ยุทธการที่แอนตีแทม

ยุทธการแอนตีแทม (อังกฤษ: Battle of Antietam) รู้จักกันในอีกชื่อว่า ยุทธการที่ชาร์ปสเบิร์ก (โดยเฉพาะในทางใต้ของสหรัฐ) เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสงครามกลางเมืองอเมริกา และเป็นการเผชิญหน้ากันในระดับกองทัพสนามครั้งแรกในเขตสงครามตะวันออกของสงครามกลางเมืองอเมริกา ที่อุบัติขึ้นในดินแดนฝั่งสหภาพ การต่อสู้กินเวลาตลอดทั้งวันของวันที่ 17 กันยายน ค.ศ. 1862 และเป็นหนึ่งวันของสมรภูมิรบที่นองเลือด และมีความสูญเสียมากที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์ของสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยมียอดผู้เคราะห์ร้าย (ตาย, บาดเจ็บ, และหายสาปสูญ) ถึง 22,717 คน ชัยชนะของฝ่ายสหภาพที่แอนตีแทม ถือเป็นจุดเปลี่ยนของสงครามเพราะไม่เพียงเป็นการยับยั้งแผนการยกทัพขึ้นรุกรานทางเหนือของนายพลลีเอาไว้ได้ แต่ยังเปิดโอกาสให้ประธานาธิบดีลินคอล์นใช้โมเมนตัมของชัยชนะประกาศเลิกทาส
