ริ้นน้ำตก (อังกฤษ: Net-winged midges) อยู่ในวงศ์ Blephariceridae อันดับย่อย Nematocera อันดับ Diptera ตัวเต็มวัยคล้าย แมลงวันแมงมุม ยกเว้นที่ลักษณะปีกและรูปร่างหัว อกปล้องกลางไม่มีรูปตัว V มีหลายสิบสกุล และมากกว่า 200 ชนิดทั่วโลก
พบใกล้ลำธารที่ไหลเร็ว หรือน้ำตก ซึ่ง ตัวอ่อน อาศัยอยู่ ตัวอ่อนเป็นพวกกรองกินอาหาร มีอวัยวะดูดที่แผ่นแข็งด้านล่างทของส่วนท้องใช้เพื่อเกาะยึดกับหินในน้ำเชี่ยวที่พวกมันอาศัยอยู่ อวัยวะดูดบางครั้งเรียกว่า creeping welts
