ศาสนาพุทธในประเทศเช็กเกีย เป็นศาสนาหนึ่งที่มีศาสนิกชนขนาดน้อย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้อพยพเข้าเมืองจากเอเชีย จากการสำรวจสำมะโนครัวประชากรเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2544 พบว่าประเทศเช็กเกียมีพุทธศาสนิกชน 6,817 คน ส่วนพจนานุกรมพุทธศาสนาโลก ระบุว่ามีพุทธสถานในประเทศทั้งหมด 70 แห่ง

โดยมากศาสนิกชนเป็นบุคคลเชื้อสายเวียดนาม นับถือนิกายมหายาน ทั้งยังผสานความเชื่อเข้ากับการบูชาบรรพบุรุษ ลัทธิขงจื๊อ และลัทธิเต๋า ถือเป็นชาวเอเชียกลุ่มใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศ คิดเป็นสัดส่วนสองในสามของชาวพุทธทั้งประเทศ หรือกว่า 60,000 คน อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงปรากและเมืองเชป นอกนั้นเป็นชาวเช็กที่เปลี่ยนไปนับถือนิกายเถรวาทหรือวัชรยาน ทั้งยังมีกลุ่มชาวจีนและเกาหลีโพ้นทะเลอีกจำนวนหนึ่ง มีวัดพุทธของชาวเกาหลีจำนวนสิบวัด ในจำนวนนั้นมีสามแห่งตั้งอยู่กรุงปรากและเมืองเบอร์โน ส่วนชุมชนไทยจำนวน 616 คน (พ.ศ. 2563) มีศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่วัดธรรมกิติวงศ์ ซึ่งจัดตั้งเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2553

พุทธศาสนิกชนเชื้อสายเช็กส่วนใหญ่นับถือนิกายวัชรยานหรือศาสนาพุทธแบบทิเบต มีทั้งนิกายญิงมาและนิกายกาจู กำลังมีการก่อสร้างศูนย์พุทธศาสนาขนาดใหญ่ในกรุงปราก
