สถาปัตยกรรมทางเซลล์
สถาปัตยกรรมทางเซลล์ หรือ ไซโทอาร์คิเทกเชอร์ (อังกฤษ: cytoarchitecture, cytoarchitectonics จากคำกรีกโบราณ "κύτος" แปลว่า เซลล์ และ "αρχιτεκτονική" แปลว่า สถาปัตยกรรม) หมายถึงการจัดระเบียบของเซลล์อย่างเฉพาะเจาะจงในเนื้อเยื่อโดยเฉพาะในเปลือกสมอง หรือเป็นการศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางเซลล์ของเนื้อเยื่อในร่างกายด้วยกล้องจุลทรรศน์ ซึ่งใช้โดยเฉพาะกับการศึกษาระบบประสาทกลาง นี่เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งในการแจงส่วนสมอง คือการตัดส่วนของสมองแล้วแต้มสีด้วยสารเคมี เพื่อดูว่าเซลล์ประสาทจัดเป็นชั้น ๆ อย่างไร
ส่วนการศึกษาการแบ่งใยประสาท (โดยหลักคือแอกซอน) ออกเป็นชั้น ๆ เรียกว่า myeloarchitectonics (จากคำกรีกโบราณ "μυελός" แปลว่า ไขกระดูก และ "αρχιτεκτονική" แปลว่า สถาปัตยกรรม) เป็นวิธีการที่ใช้ประกอบกับไซโทอาร์คิเทกเชอร์
