ปลาฉลามฟันเลื่อย (อังกฤษ : Sawsharks, Sawfishes ) เป็นอันดับ ของปลากระดูกอ่อน อันดับหนึ่ง ในชั้นย่อยปลาฉลาม ใช้ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ ว่า Pristiophoriformes
มีรูปร่างทั่วไปคล้ายกับปลาฉนาก (Pristiformes) ซึ่งเป็นปลากระดูกอ่อนเช่นเดียวกัน หากแต่ถูกจัดให้อยู่ในชั้นย่อยปลากระเบน (Batoidea) คือ มีจุดเด่น มีอวัยวะที่ยื่นออกมาเป็นกระดูกแข็งจากส่วนหน้าที่มีลักษณะแบนราบแต่มีหนามแหลมอยู่ข้าง ๆ เป็นซี่ ๆ คล้ายฟันเลื่อยหรือกระบองแข็ง แต่ต่างจากปลาฉนากตรงที่มีหนวดยาวอยู่ 2 เส้นอยู่ด้วย และมีซี่กรองเหงือกอยู่หลังตาเหมือนปลาในชั้นย่อยปลาฉลาม
มีครีบหลัง 2 ครีบ และครีบก้น แบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 สกุล คือ Pliotrema Pristiophorus เซนติเมตร
ปลาฉลามฟันเลื่อย พบกระจายพันธุ์อยู่ตามพื้นทะเล ในเขตของทะเลญี่ปุ่น , แอฟริกาใต้ จนถึงแอฟริกาใต้ มีพฤติกรรมความเป็นอยู่ทั่วไปคล้ายกับปลาฉนาก โดยหากินสัตว์น้ำ ชนิดต่าง ๆ ตามหน้าดินและปลา ต่าง ๆ เป็นอาหาร ออกลูกเป็นตัว อยู่ในความลึกตั้งแต่ 40 เมตร จนถึงลึกกว่านั้น
โดยคำว่า Pristis เป็นภาษากรีก แปลว่า "เลื่อย" รวมกับคำว่า pherein แปลว่า "เพื่อนำมา"
