คริสตจักรเซเวนต์เดย์แอดเวนทิสต์ (อังกฤษ: Seventh-day Adventist Church) เป็นคริสตจักรและนิกายหนึ่งในขบวนการแอดเวนทิสต์ฝ่ายโปรเตสแตนต์ ที่ถือวันเสาร์เป็นวันสะบาโต และรอรับเสด็จพระเยซูที่จะเสด็จมาอีกครั้ง นิกายนี้มีพัฒนาการมาจากขบวนการมิลเลไรต์ในสหรัฐอเมริกาช่วงกลางคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 19 และก่อตั้งขึ้นอย่างเป็นทางการในปี ค.ศ. 1863 แนวคิดสำคัญหลายประการของคริสตจักรนี้ได้รับอิทธิพลจากงานเขียนของเอลเลน จี. ไวต์ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งคริสตจักร

หลักเทววิทยาส่วนใหญ่ของคริสตจักรเซเวนต์เดย์แอดเวนทิสต์สอดคล้องกับนิกายโปรเตสแตนต์โดยทั่วไป คือ เรื่องตรีเอกภาพ ข้อความในคัมภีร์ไบเบิลไม่มีผิดพลาดจากความจริง คนตายไปแล้วไม่สามารถรับรู้อะไรได้ นอกจากนี้ยังขึ้นชื่อเรื่องการเน้นอาหารสุขภาพ ถือมังสวิรัติ สนับสนุนเสรีภาพทางศาสนา และถือหลักการและดำรงชีวิตแบบอนุรักษนิยม

ที่ประชุมใหญ่คณะเซเวนต์เดย์แอดเวนทิสต์ เป็นองค์การปกครองสูงสุดของคริสตจักรนี้ ปัจจุบันมีคริสต์ศาสนิกชนในสังกัดจำนวน 18.1 ล้านคน นับเป็นองค์การทางศาสนาที่ใหญ่ที่สุดเป็นอันดับที่ 12 ของโลก (ในพฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 2007) เป็นองค์การศาสนาระดับนานาชาติที่ใหญ่ที่สุดเป็นอันดับ 6 ของโลก มีมิชชันนารีทำงานอยู่ในประเทศต่าง ๆ กว่า 200 ประเทศ/ดินแดนทั่วโลก ซึ่งมีวัฒนธรรมและเชื้อชาติต่าง ๆ กัน คริสตจักรนี้ยังได้ก่อตั้งโรงพยาบาล สถานศึกษา สำนักพิมพ์ เป็นต้น
