เรควีเอ็มแมสในบันไดเสียงดีไมเนอร์ (อังกฤษ : Requiem Mass in D minor, K. 626 ) เป็นผลงานประพันธ์ของว็อล์ฟกัง อมาเดอุส โมทซาร์ท ในปี ค.ศ. 1791 เป็นผลงานชิ้นสุดท้ายในชีวิตของโมทซาร์ทซึ่งเสียชีวิตก่อนจะแต่งได้เสร็จสิ้น ซึ่งต่อมาค็อนสตันท์เซอ โมทซาร์ท ภรรยาของเขาได้มอบหมายให้ฟรัทนซ์ ซาเวอร์ ซืสไมเออร์ ลูกศิษย์ของโมทซาร์ทแต่งต่อจนเสร็จ
โมทซาร์ทแต่งเรควีเอ็มตามคำว่าจ้างของฟรันทซ์ ฟ็อน วัลเซ็ค เพื่อเป็นการไว้อาลัยในพิธีศพของอันนา ภรรยาสาวของฟ็อน วัลเซ็ค ที่เสียชีวิตตั้งแต่อายุเพียง 20 ปี แต่เนื่องจากปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ โมทซาร์ทป่วยเป็นโรคไต และไข้รากสาดใหญ่ ประกอบกับต้องแบ่งเวลาไปเขียนอุปรากร เรื่อง La Clemenza di Tito และ ขลุ่ยวิเศษ ทำให้บทประพันธ์ชิ้นนี้ต้องล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด ในช่วงท้ายของชีวิต โมทซาร์ทมีสุขภาพย่ำแย่จนต้องไม่สามารถเขียนได้ด้วยตนเอง ต้องให้ซืสส์มาเยอร์เป็นผู้จดบันทึกตามคำบอก โมทซาร์ทถึงกับเพ้อไปว่าตัวเขาถูกวางยาพิษ และกำลังเขียนเรควีเอ็ม นี้เพื่อใช้ในงานศพ ของตัวเอง
มีเรื่องเล่าที่ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดในปัจจุบัน ว่าชายลึกลับในชุดสีเทาที่เป็นผู้ว่าจ้างโมทซาร์ทให้แต่งเรควีเอ็มบทนี้ คือ อันโตนีโอ ซาลีเอรี สืบเนื่องมาจากความนิยมในบทละครเรื่อง Mozart and Salieri (1830) ของอะเล็กซานเดอร์ ปุชกิน ซึ่งดัดแปลงเป็นอุปรากร โดยริมสกี-คอร์ซาคอฟในปี ค.ศ. 1897 ซึ่งกลายมาเป็นโครงเรื่องหลักในละครเวที และภาพยนตร์ อะมาเดอุส โดยปีเตอร์ แชฟเฟอร์ ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับความจริงในประวัติศาสตร์
