เออร์วิน พานอฟสกี (อังกฤษ: Erwin Panofsky; 30 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1892 - 14 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1968) เออร์วิน พานอฟสกีเป็นนักประวัติศาสตร์ศิลป์คนสำคัญชาวเยอรมันผู้อพยพไปตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในสหรัฐอเมริกาและเป็นผู้มีอิทธิพลต่อการศึกษาทางวิชาการเกี่ยวกับประติมานวิทยา งานเขียนหลายชิ้นของพานอฟสกียังคงได้รับการตีพิมพ์อยู่จนกระทั่งทุกวันนี้รวมทั้ง “Studies in Iconology : Humanist Themes in the Art of the Renaissance” ที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ครั้งแรกในปี ค.ศ. 1939 และงานศึกษาค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับอัลเบรชท์ ดือเรอร์
