โฟลญาร์ด (ฝรั่งเศส : flaugnarde ) หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ ฟลาญาร์ด (flagnarde ), ฟลอญาร์ด (flognarde ) และ ฟลูญาร์ด (flougnarde ) เป็นของหวานชนิดหนึ่งของฝรั่งเศส ได้จากการวางเรียงผลไม้ในภาชนะที่ทาเนยไว้ ราดส่วนผสมที่ทำจากแป้ง นม และไข่ ตีเข้าด้วยกัน จากนั้นนำไปอบ ผลไม้ที่ใช้ทำโฟลญาร์ดได้แก่ แอปเปิล ท้อ แพร์ พลัม และพรุน เป็นต้น (หากใช้เชอร์รี จะเรียกว่า กลาฟูตี แพนเค้ก ขนาดใหญ่ และสามารถเสิร์ฟได้ทั้งแบบอุ่นหรือแบบเย็น
ชื่อ โฟลญาร์ด มาจากคำในภาษาอุตซิตา ว่า fleunhe และ flaunhard ซึ่งทั้งคู่แปลว่า "อ่อนนุ่ม" ของหวานชนิดนี้พบได้ทั่วไปในภูมิภาคโอแวร์ญ , ลีมูแซ็ง และเปรีกอร์ของฝรั่งเศส
