การถึงแก่อสัญกรรมของลี กวนยู

ในวันที่ 23 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2558 ลี กวนยู นายกรัฐมนตรีคนแรกของสิงคโปร์ และอดีตหัวหน้าพรรคกิจประชาชน ถึงแก่อสัญกรรมในวัย 91 ปี หลังจากเข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลด้วยโรคปอดอักเสบ เมื่อวันที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2558 มีผู้นำชาติต่าง ๆ แสดงความเสียใจ นายกรัฐมนตรีลี เซียนลุง ประกาศไว้ทุกข์เป็นระยะเวลาหนึ่งสัปดาห์ ในวันที่ 23-25 มีนาคม 2558 และธงทั้งหมดรวมทั้งธงชาติสิงคโปร์จะชักเพียงครึ่งเสา.

• 08:00 นาฬิกา ลี เซียนลุง นายกรัฐมนตรีสิงคโปร์ ออกรายการสดผ่านทางสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์สิงคโปร์ โดยออกอากาศ 3 ภาษา ได้แก่ ภาษามลายู, ภาษาจีน และภาษาอังกฤษ

นำร่างไปตั้งที่ศรีเทมาเส็ก

ครอบครัวลีได้นำร่างไปที่ศรีเทมาเส็ก ใกล้บริเวณทำเนียบประธานาธิบดีในวันที่ 23–25 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2558

ร่างของลี กวนยูถูกนำออกจากทำเนียบนายกรัฐมนตรีไปยังอาคารรัฐสภา เมื่อเช้าของวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2558 ทหารได้บรรเลงเพลง"โอลด์ แลง ซายน์" นำพิธี โดยมีประชาชนสองข้างทางยืนไว้อาลัยร้องตะโกนชื่อลี กวนยู พร้อมคำว่าขอบคุณ

ร่างของลี กวนยูจะตั้งอยู่ที่อาคารรัฐสภาในวันที่ 25-28 มีนาคม 2558 และเปิดให้ประชาชนเข้าเคารพศพเป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง โดยมีขนส่งมลชนสิงคโปร์เปิดให้บริการเป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมงเพื่อให้บริการประชาชนที่จะเข้ามาเคารพศพ และยังเป็นครั้งแรกที่มีรถไฟฟ้าเปิดให้บริการ 24 ชั่วโมงในสิงคโปร์

• 14:00 นาฬิกา จัดพิธีศพแบบรัฐพิธีที่ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติสิงคโปร์
• 17:00 นาฬิกา จัดพิธีศพแบบส่วนตัวโดยมีบุคคลที่ได้รับเชิญที่ Mandai Crematorium
