ปาเลสไตน์ (อังกฤษ: Palestine; อาหรับ: فلسطين‎, ฟิลัสฏีน, ฟะลัสฏีน, ฟิลิสฏีน; กรีก: Παλαιστίνη, Palaistinē; ละติน: Palaestina; ฮีบรู: פלשתינה‎ Palestina) เป็นชื่อสามัญของภูมิภาคทางภูมิศาสตร์ในเอเชียตะวันตกระหว่างทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนกับแม่น้ำจอร์แดน และ ดินแดนใกล้เคียงต่าง ๆ

บริเวณนี้เป็นรอยต่อของอียิปต์ ซีเรียและอาราเบีย และเป็นที่กำเนิดของศาสนายูดายและศาสนาคริสต์ เป็นทางแพร่งของศาสนา วัฒนธรรม การพาณิชย์และการเมือง มีการผลัดเปลี่ยนมือกันตลอดประวัติศาสตร์
