กติกา
นักมวยปล้ำ 6-8 คนจากทั้ง 3 ค่ายจะต่อสู้กันเพื่อแย่งกระเป๋าสิทธิ์นี้ โดยไม่มีการจับกด,ยอมแพ้,ดิสควอลิฟายด์เคชัน มีวิธีเดียวที่นักมวยปล้ำจะต้องปีนบันไดเหล็กขึ้นไปหยิบกระเป๋า หากใครนำลงมาได้ จะได้ครองเอกสารสิทธิ์นี้ ในระยะเวลา 1 ปีเต็มหลังจากได้ครองกระเป๋าเอกสารสิทธิ์ ซึ่งเอกสารนี้ใช้ในการขอท้าชิงแชมป์โลกจากค่ายใดก็ได้ในWWE ที่ไหน เมื่อไรก็ได้(สถานที่แห่งใดก็ได้ ทึ่มีกรรมการไปเป็นสักขีพยาน) เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น ตั้งแต่ปี 2010 เป็นต้นมา หลังจากค่าย อีซีดับเบิลยู ถูกยุบไป ได้มีการจัดศึกใหญ่ของแมตซ์นี้ขึ้นมาโดยเฉพาะ (ศึกมันนีอินเดอะแบงก์) และมีการจัดแมตซ์นี้ขึ้นเป็น 2 แมตซ์ ซึ่งมีการแบ่งกระเป๋าของแต่ละค่ายอย่างชัดเจน โดยกระเป๋าใบสีแดงจะสามารถชิงแชมป์ WWE ของค่าย รอว์ ได้เท่านั้น และ กระเป๋าใบสีฟ้าจะสามารถชิงแชมป์โลกเฮฟวี่เวท ของค่าย สแมคดาวน์ ได้เท่านั้น โดยตั้งแต่ปี 2012 นักมวยปล้ำไม่ได้มีการแบ่งค่ายอย่างชัดเจน จึงสามารถจัดแมตซ์ให้นักมวยปล้ำทั้งสมาคมเข้าไปชิงกระเป๋าใบไหนก็ได้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม กระเป๋าทั้ง 2 ใบ และ เข็มขัดแชมป์ทั้ง 2 เส้น ก็ยังถูกแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ค่ายอยู่เช่นเดิม
