อูซี (ฮีบรู: עוזי‎, officially cased as UZI) เป็นตระกูลปืนกลมือที่มีระบบการทำงานด้วยแรงดันต่อหน้าลูกเลื่อน(Blowback) และระบบเปิดลูกเลื่อน(open-bolt) ของอิสราเอล ปืนกลมืออูซีรุ่นแรกถูกออกแบบโดยพันตรี Uziel "Uzi" Gal ในปลายปี ค.ศ. 1940 ไม่นานหลังจากการก่อตั้งรัฐอิสราเอล มันเป็นหนึ่งในอาวุธประเภทแรกที่ได้รวมถึงการออกแบบระบบลูกเลื่อนครอมรังเพลิง-ลำกล้อง(telescoping bolt) ซึ่งทำให้กล่องกระสุนถูกจัดเก็บไว้ที่ด้ามปืนพกสำหรับอาวุธที่สั้นกว่า
