โลมาอิรวดี หรือ โลมาหัวบาตรมีครีบหลัง (อังกฤษ : Irrawaddy dolphin, Ayeyarwaddy dolphin ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Orcaella brevirostris ) เป็นโลมา ชนิดหนึ่ง อยู่ในวงศ์โลมามหาสมุทร (Delphinidae) รูปร่างหน้าตาคล้ายโลมาทั่วไป แต่มีลักษณะเด่นคือ หัวที่มนกลมคล้ายบาตรพระ ลำตัวสีเทาเข้ม แต่บางตัวอาจมีสีอ่อนกว่า ตามีขนาดเล็ก ปากอยู่ด้านล่าง ครีบข้างลำตัวแผ่กว้างเป็นรูปสามเหลี่ยม ครีบบนมีขนาดเล็กมาก มีรูปทรงแบนและบางคล้ายเคียว มีขนาดประมาณ 180–275 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนัก 3.21 กิโลกรัม
มีการกระจายอย่างกว้างขวางในมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก , มหาสมุทรอินเดีย , อ่าวไทย มักพบเข้ามาอยู่ในแหล่งน้ำกร่อย และทะเลสาบ หรือน้ำจืด เช่น บริเวณปากแม่น้ำ โลมาอิรวดีบางกลุ่มอาจเข้ามาอาศัยอยู่ในแม่น้ำ สายใหญ่ ๆ ด้วย เช่น แม่น้ำโขง ทะเลสาบเขมร ใน พ.ศ. 2459 มีรายงานว่าพบอยู่ในแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา และเคยมีผู้จับได้ที่คลองรังสิต ในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร
โลมาอิรวดีได้รับการค้นพบครั้งแรกที่แม่น้ำอิรวดี ในประเทศพม่า จึงเป็นที่มาของชื่อ ปัจจุบันในน้ำจืด สามารถพบได้ 5 แห่ง คือ ทะเลสาบจิลิกา ประเทศอินเดีย , ทะเลสาบสงขลา , ปากแม่น้ำบางปะกง , แม่น้ำโขง และแม่น้ำมาฮากัม ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย โดยสถานที่ที่พบได้น้อยที่สุดและถือเป็นแหล่งวิกฤตที่สุดคือทะเลสาบสงขลาในส่วนที่เป็นน้ำจืดหรือน้ำกร่อย หรือที่เรียกว่า ทะเลน้อย
มีพฤติกรรมพบได้บริเวณที่มีน้ำขุ่น สามารถอยู่ใต้ผิวน้ำได้นานถึง 70–150 วินาที แล้วจะโผล่ขึ้นมาหายใจสลับกัน ออกลูกครั้งละ 1 ตัว ตั้งท้องนาน 9 เดือน ลูกที่เกิดมามีขนาดร้อยละ 40 ของตัวโตเต็มวัย อาหารได้แก่ กุ้ง ปลา และหอยที่อยู่บนผิวน้ำและใต้โคลนตม สถานภาพจัดอยู่ในบัญชีประเภทที่ 1 ของไซเตส (Appendix I) คือ ห้ามซื้อขาย ยกเว้นมีไว้ในการศึกษาและขยายพันธุ์
โลมาอิรวดีมีชื่อเรียกอื่น ๆ อีก เช่น "โลมาหัวบาตรมีครีบหลัง", "โลมาน้ำจืด", "โลมาหัวหมอน" ในภาษาใต้ และ "ปลาข่า" (ປາຂ່າ) ในภาษาลาว เป็นต้น
