ปลาตะเพียนจุด (อังกฤษ : Spotted barb ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Barbodes binotatus ) เป็นปลาน้ำจืด ชนิด หนึ่ง อยู่ในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae)
มีรูปร่าง คือ ลำตัวแบนข้าง สันหลังโค้งเล็กน้อย หัวมีขนาดปานกลาง ปากแคบ มีหนวดยาว 2 คู่ โดยอยู่ที่จะงอยปาก 1 คู่ มุมปาก 1 คู่ ลำตัวมีสีเงินแวววาว มีจุดสีดำ เป็นทรงกลม ที่ครีบหลังและคอดหางแห่งละ 1 จุด
เป็นปลาที่มีขนาดโตเต็มที่ประมาณ 20 เซนติเมตร พบทั่วไปได้ที่ภูมิภาคเอเชียอาคเนย์ ตั้งแต่ พม่า , ไทย , มาเลเซีย ไปจนถึงอินโดนีเซีย
สำหรับในประเทศไทยสามารถพบได้ง่ายบริเวณแหล่งน้ำที่เป็นลำธารหรือน้ำตก ในป่าดิบ เช่น จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ , นครศรีธรรมราช , จันทบุรี , ตราด , ชุมพร , เกาะช้าง และเกาะสมุย เป็นต้น
มีพฤติกรรมชอบอยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูง หากินตะไคร่น้ำ และอินทรียสารตามโขดหินและพื้นน้ำ รวมทั้งแมลงน้ำขนาดเล็ก นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม มีชื่ออยู่ในบัญชีแดงของสหภาพเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ (IUCN Red List) เป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่มีความเสี่ยงต่ำต่อการสูญพันธุ์ หรือ LC
