สกุลบาร์โบนีมัส (อังกฤษ : Tinfoil barb ) เป็นสกุล ของปลาน้ำจืด ในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae) ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Barbonymus (/บาร์-โบ-นี-มัส/)
มีลักษณะสำคัญทางอนุกรมวิธาน คือ มีครีบหลังที่มีก้านครีบเดี่ยวที่ขอบจักเป็นฟันเลื่อย ครีบท้องมีก้านครีบแขนง 8 ก้าน ปากล่างมีร่องระหว่างริมปากกับกระดูกขากรรไกร ฐานครีบก้นยาวประมาณร้อยละ 90 ของหัว จะงอยปากไม่มีตุ่มเม็ดสิว มีหนวด 2 คู่ โดยแบ่งเป็นริมฝีปากบน 1 คู่ และมุมปาก 1 คู่
ปลาที่อยู่ในสกุลนี้มีทั้งหมด 10 ชนิด เป็นปลาที่พบได้ในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ทั้งหมด สกุลนี้ได้รับการตั้งชื่อในปี ค.ศ. 1999 โดยมอริส ก็อตลา ซึ่งเป็นนักมีนวิทยา ชาวสวิส ที่พำนักอยู่ที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์ โดยแยกออกมาจากสกุล Barbodes
โดยคำว่า Barbonymus มาจากคำว่า Barbus ซึ่งเป็นสกุลหนึ่งในวงศ์เดียวกัน ที่เคยรวมกันเป็นสกุลเดียวกันก่อนหน้านั้น และคำว่า ἀνώνυμος (anṓnumos) ในภาษากรีกโบราณ ที่แปลว่า "ที่ไม่ระบุชื่อ" เนื่องจากปลาสกุลนี้ก่อนหน้านี้ขาดชื่อทั่วไปที่เหมาะสม
