โบทูลิซึม (อังกฤษ: Botulism) เป็นโรคที่เกิดจากพิษของแบคทีเรียสายพันธุ์ Clostridium botulinum ซึ่งอาจมีอันตรายรุนแรงถึงเสียชีวิตได้ อาการแรกเริ่มคืออ่อนแรง การมองเห็นผิดปกติ รู้สึกอ่อนล้า และพูดลำบาก จากนั้นอาจตามมาด้วยอาการอ่อนแรงของแขน กล้ามเนื้อหน้าอก และขา ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ป่วยจะมีการรู้สึกตัวดี และไม่มีไข้
