ปลาคลาวน์คิลลี่ฟิช (อังกฤษ: Clown killi, Banded panchax, Rocket panchax; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Epiplatys annulatus; Epi เป็นภาษากรีกหมายถึง "ยอด" หรือ "อยู่บน" platys หมายถึง "แบนราบ", annulatus เป็นภาษาละติน หมายถึง "วงแหวน", โดยรวมหมายถึงลักษณะที่มีปล้องลำตัวเหมือนวงแหวนที่ว่ายน้ำแบนราบไปกับผิวน้ำ) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดขนาดเล็กชนิดหนึ่ง จำพวกปลาคิลลี่ฟิช จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ Nothobranchidae
พบกระจายพันธุ์ตั้งแต่ตอนใต้ของกินี, เซียร์ราลีโอน ไปจนถึงไลบีเรีย พบในแหล่งน้ำจืดช่วงที่ใกล้กับชายฝั่งทะเล โดยอาศัยอยู่ในลำธารน้ำที่ไหลเอื่อย ๆ ในป่าเปิดแบบสะวันนา และลำธารในเขตป่าฝน มักอาศัยในลำธารที่มีพรรณไม้น้ำขึ้นอยู่หนาแน่น เนื่องจากวางไข่ไว้ตามใบของพืชน้ำ ส่วนหัวมีจุดกลมเล็ก ๆ เห็นเด่นชัด เชื่อว่ามีไว้เพื่อเป็นประสาทรับแสงสว่าง เพื่อให้รู้ถึงความมืด-สว่าง ในช่วงเวลากลางวัน สีสันตามลำตัวมีความหลากหลายมาก ตามแหล่งที่มา เช่น มีครีบสีส้มเข้ม และครีบอกสีฟ้า-เขียว หรือครีบหลังและครีบอกที่เป็นสีน้ำตาลเหลืองอ่อน
มีความยาวเต็มที่ 4-5 เซนติเมตร ในตัวผู้ และ 3-4 เซนติเมตร ในตัวเมีย โตเต็มที่เมื่ออายุได้ 2 ปี
นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม โดยเฉพาะในตู้ไม้น้ำ และสามารถเพาะขยายพันธุ์ในที่เลี้ยงได้ ราวทุก ๆ 1-2 วัน จะออกไข่เสมอ ใช้เวลาราว 12-14 วัน ในการฟักเป็นตัว
