ปลาปักเป้าหางวงเดือน (อังกฤษ : Ocellated pufferfish ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Leiodon cutcutia ) ปลาน้ำจืด ชนิด หนึ่ง อยู่ในวงศ์ปลาปักเป้าฟันสี่ซี่ (Tetraodontidae) เป็นปลาปักเป้าที่มีขนาดเล็ก ลำตัวแบนข้างเล็กน้อย ครีบเล็ก ลำตัวสีคล้ำหรือเขียวขี้ม้า มีจุดประสีเหลืองหรือสีจางทั่วตัว หลังมีลายพาดสีคล้ำ ข้างลำตัวมีดวงสีดำใหญ่ ตาสีแดง ครีบหางมีขอบสีแดงหรือชมพู มีขนาดประมาณ 4-5 เซนติเมตร จัดเป็นเพียงชนิดเดียวที่อยู่ในสกุล Leiodon
พบอาศัยอยู่ตามลำธารและแม่น้ำ ในภาคตะวันตก ตั้งแต่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ไปจนถึงภาคใต้ โดยหลบซ่อนอยู่ตามซอกหินหรือใบไม้ใต้น้ำ อาหารได้แก่ ลูกปลา, ลูกอ๊อด , ปู, หอย และกุ้งขนาดเล็ก เป็นปลาที่ไม่พบบ่อยมากนัก
นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม
