ปลาโรซี่บิทเทอร์ลิ่ง (อังกฤษ : Rosy bitterling ; ญี่ปุ่น : バラタナゴ ; โรมะจิ : Baratanago ; จีน : 高体鰟鮍 ; พินอิน : Gāo tǐ fáng pī ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Rhodeus ocellatus ) ปลาน้ำจืดขนาดเล็กชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae)
เป็นปลาขนาดเล็ก โตเต็มที่มีขนาดประมาณ 10–11 เซนติเมตร อายุขัยโดยเฉลี่ย 4–5 ปี อาศัยอยู่ตามแหล่งน้ำประเภทไหลช้า เช่น บึง, ทะเลสาบน้ำจืด และแม่น้ำลำคลอง ในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออก ทั้งจีน, ญี่ปุ่น, คาบสมุทรเกาหลี จนถึงเวียดนามตอนเหนือ ปัจจุบันจำแนกออกได้เป็น 2 ชนิดย่อย คือ R. o. kurumeus หรือเรียกว่า R. o. smithi และ R. o. ocellatus พบในจีน, ไต้หวัน และญี่ปุ่น โดยแต่เดิมนั้นเชื่อว่าเป็นปลาพื้นเมืองที่พบเฉพาะไต้หวันเท่านั้น แต่หลังจากศตรรษที่ 18 แล้ว ได้แพร่กระจายพันธุ์ออกสู่ที่ต่าง ๆ ทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออก
มีพฤติกรรมการผสมพันธุ์วางไข่ที่แปลก คือ ปลาตัวผู้จะเป็นฝ่ายหาหอยกาบ น้ำจืดที่มีสุขภาพดี และปลาตัวเมียจะขยายอวัยวะวางไข่ด้วยการสอดท่อวางไข่ลงไปในโพรงกาบหอยและฝากไข่ไว้ในนั้น จากนั้นปลาตัวผู้จะตามเข้าไปฉีดสเปิร์ม หอยกาบจะสูบฉีดน้ำดึงเอาสเปิร์มจากปลาตัวผู้เข้าไปในตัวเองจนเกิดการปฏิสนธิ เมื่อหอยดึงเอาน้ำและออกซิเจนฟักไข่จนลูกปลาฟักออกเป็นตัวแล้วจึงว่ายออกมา โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วไข่ปลาจะยังฟักและได้รับการปกป้องภายในหอยกาบราวหนึ่งเดือน ลูกปลาจึงจะว่ายออกมา โดยที่หอยเองก็ได้ประโยชน์จากการนี้เพราะว่าได้ฝากไข่ติดไปกับตัวลูกปลาเพื่อกระจายและขยายพันธุ์ต่อด้วย
เป็นปลาที่นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงามตามตู้ปลาที่ปูพื้นด้วยกรวดขนาดเล็กและทราย โดยผู้เลี้ยงอาจจะใส่หอยกาบน้ำจืดลงไปด้วยเพื่อให้ปลาวางไข่ เป็นปลาที่กินอาหารได้หลากหลายทั้ง สัตว์ไม่มีกระดูกสันหลัง, ปรสิต, ตัวอ่อนแมลงน้ำ, ลูกน้ำ, ไรแดง รวมถึงพืชชนิดต่าง ๆ ในแถบยุโรปนิยมเลี้ยงกันในบ่อปลาคาร์ป เพื่อให้ช่วยกำจัดปรสิต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งหนอนสมอ และยังใช้กำจัดลูกน้ำ ซึ่งเป็นตัวอ่อนของยุง เป็นการควบคุมโรคระบาดที่เกิดจากยุงได้เป็นอย่างดี
นอกจากนี้แล้ว ปลาโรซี่บิทเทอร์ลิ่งยังใช้ในการทดสอบการตั้งครรภ์ของสตรีได้อีกด้วย โดยนำเอาปัสสาวะของผู้ทดสอบหยดลงในน้ำใกล้กับปลาตัวเมีย หากเป็นปัสสาวะของสตรีที่กำลังตั้งครรภ์ ฮอร์โมนในยูเรียในน้ำปัสสาวะจะทำให้ท่อวางไข่ของปลาตัวเมียยื่นออกมา
