ปลาฉลามกรีนแลนด์ (อังกฤษ : Greenland shark, gray shark, ground shark, gurry shark ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Somniosus microcephalus ) เป็นปลากระดูกอ่อนชนิดหนึ่งจำพวกปลาฉลาม ในวงศ์ปลาฉลามสลีปเปอร์ (Somniosidae)
ปลาฉลามกรีนแลนด์เป็นปลาฉลามกินเนื้อที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดชนิดหนึ่ง นับว่ารองมาจากปลาฉลามขาว เพราะอาจยาวได้ถึง 24 ฟุต และมีน้ำหนักได้ถึง 2,500 ปอนด์ แต่ขนาดโดยเฉลี่ยทั่วไปยาว 2.44–4.8 เมตร (8.0–16 ฟุต) และมีน้ำหนักประมาณ 400 กิโลกรัม (880 ปอนด์) ปลาฉลามกรีนแลนด์มีผิวหนังที่หนาหยาบเหมือนกระดาษทรายสีเทาเข้มเกือบดำ ครีบหลังเป็นเพียงโหนกสั้น ๆ ไม่เหมือนกับปลาฉลามทั่วไป
มีขากรรไกรกว้าง มีฟันที่แหลมคมเรียงกันเป็นแถว บนขากรรไกรบน 48–52 ซี่ ในขณะที่ขากรรไกรล่างมีประมาณ 50–52 ซี่ ใช้สำหรับจับอาหารให้แน่นและงับเหยื่อ รวมทั้งสะบัดให้ขาด

ปลาฉลามกรีนแลนด์ พบกระจายพันธุ์อยู่ในแถบน้ำที่หนาวเย็นมีอุณหภูมิเพียง 10 ถึง -6 องศาเซลเซียส ในแถบอาร์กติก เช่น กรีนแลนด์, ไอซ์แลนด์, นอร์เวย์ นับว่าเป็นปลาฉลามที่อาศัยอยู่ในซีกโลกตอนเหนือที่สุด นอกจากนี้แล้วยังอาศัยอยู่ในความลึกกว่า 2,000 ฟุตจากผิวน้ำ

แม้จะยังไม่เป็นที่รู้จักมากนัก แต่ชาวไวกิง หรือชาวไอซ์แลนด์ได้รับประทานเนื้อปลาฉลามกรีนแลนด์มานานนับเป็นพันปีแล้ว โดยมีการทำการประมงจนเป็นอุตสาหกรรม โดยเรือประมงที่ใช้เอ็นเบ็ดน้ำลึกยาวถึง 1 ไมล์ หรือ 1 ไมล์ครึ่ง และมีระยะเวลาการออกเรือเป็นช่วงเวลา ซึ่งอาจทิ้งเวลานานถึงหลายสัปดาห์หรือหลายเดือน เนื้อของปลาฉลามกรีนแลนด์เมื่อรับประทานสด ๆ จะมีสภาพเป็นพิษ ต้องผ่านกระบวนการถนอมอาหาร เช่น หมักและตากแห้ง (ในภาษาไอซ์แลนด์ เรียกว่า เฮาคาตล์ ปัสสาวะ อยู่ดี เมื่อรับประทานเข้าไปแล้วก็ยังคงมีกลิ่นติดอยู่ในปากไปอีกนาน จนได้ชื่อว่าเป็นอาหารที่มีกลิ่นฉุนที่สุดในโลก
